Causes a short delay (23 microseconds) after Ultima 6 accesses the sound port. This is useful for proper sound synchronization on faster systems.
Ultima 6’s AdLib sound effects require a short delay (23 microseconds) after the game accesses the sound port in order to line up with in-game events. In the era of 286 and 386 processors — which would have powered the computers the game was released for initially — this was no problem. However, on newer systems, the (vastly!) increased speeds of the processors can result in sounds that play out of sync with events happening on screen.
This patch causes the necessary delay.
